As you know, we are experiencing a world challenge that has thrown our normal ways of living off balance. Aside from healthy eating, it is important to keep active and connect with other people. I recently participated in a live online class and the experience of having others doing the same practice at the same time gave me a strong sense of connection and fulfillment. The experience also inspired me to want to share live online classes at this time of physical isolation.
Join a class and cultivate inner peace, breath awareness, mindful movements, and deep relaxation. Elevate your own vibration and spread it out in the world.
How to join it?
1. Download the Zoom app, which is free and very easy to use.
2. Create a sacred space in your home where you can have time for privacy and introspection. Prepare it with all the tools that you might need for your practice (mat, cushions, blanket, maybe blocks, bolster and scarf that can be used as a strap or as an eye pillow) and things that inspire you like pictures of loved ones and spiritual teachers, crystals, candles, incense and singing bowl.
3. Avoid eating 1 - 2 hours before the class.
Be ready 10 - 15 min prior to the class.
Please turn off your phone, and face your mat towards the camera.
4. Open the Zoom and use the meeting ID related to the class of your choice (it's bellow with the class description).
During the practice always listen to yourself. Back off or come out from poses if you feel pain or go deep if there is an invitation from the body.

Move slowly and gently through simple poses, having the time to listen to your body’s needs and explore your lungs capacity. Relax, stretch, build strength and cultivate mindfulness. Suitable for beginners, moms to be, and/or people with physical challenges.
For this class please bring a couple of cushions or blocks, a small blanket, and a scarf or strap.
Restorative Yin Yoga
Nourish your nervous system

Balance your nervous system with a moment of stillness, breath and awareness. At this class, we hold poses for a longer period. You can work to gently restore your body, or you can deepen your pose to further release tensions while increasing your flexibility and mobility. Relax and surrender into a deeper state of peace.
