About the event

                    Relax & Heal 

☯️ Yin poses will take you into stillness, deeper breathing and awareness. It releases fascia tension and increases flexibility. Reiki, healing energy, will support the flow of your energetic system creating a deeper sense of peace and harmony.

The park is long and narrow. Walk down and turn right in a short path, then left again towards the ocean. If the spot is available we will be there otherwise we will be close to the entrance ;) Please join us!

✅ What to bring:

-A yoga mat or towel for your practice 

- Water bottle

- Dress warm as the mornings might be chilly ⛄

 I will list a few things that are optional and might support your comfort if you already have them:

- a scarf works as a strap and eye pillow 

- a small blanket can serve to sit on and cover you on chilly days

- blocks

- chip block

———  About Daiana Gama ———

The first time I attended a Yoga class was in 2002 and I loved it. It changed the course of my life. Since then I explored different Yoga styles and integrated my favourite parts into my personal life and lessons. In 2006, I received my 500-hour yoga teacher training certification in Brazil. Sharing Yoga is one of my passions.

I also offer AcroYoga classes and bodywork, including Reiki and Thai massage. When I'm not doing yoga or working with clients, my toddler keeps me very busy!

My classes cultivate awareness of the sensations, breath and movement to ground and tune the body, mind and soul. I hope participants can leave the classes with a sense of clarity, balance and lightness.
