🪷 Move slowly and gently through simple poses. Listen to your body’s needs and explore your lung capacity. Relax, stretch, build strength and cultivate mindfulness. 

Suitable for beginners and people with physical challenges.

1981 Beaufort Ave, Comox, BC

Port Augusta Park is long and narrow. When you arrive, walk down towards the ocean. About halfway, turn right down a little path, and then turn left. You will soon spot our yoga circle being formed. Please join us!

✅ What to bring:

-A yoga mat or towel for your practice 

- Water bottle

- Dress warm as the mornings might be chilly ⛄

 I will list a few things that are optional and might support your comfort if you already have them:

- a scarf works as a strap and eye pillow 

- a small blanket can serve to sit on and cover you on chilly days

- blocks

- chip block

———  About Daiana Gama ———

The first time I attended a Yoga class was in 2002 and I loved it. It changed the course of my life. Since then I explored different Yoga styles and integrated my favourite parts into my personal life and lessons. In 2006, I received my 500-hour yoga teacher training certification in Brazil. Sharing Yoga is one of my passions.

I also offer AcroYoga classes and bodywork, including Reiki and Thai massage. When I'm not doing yoga or working with clients, my toddler keeps me very busy!

My classes cultivate awareness of the sensations, breath and movement to ground and tune the body, mind and soul. I hope participants can leave the classes with a sense of clarity, balance and lightness.
