Community Flow Jam Sundays (5 - 8 pm)

We're bringing our flow jam indoors for the season!

Our intention is to combine the growing Comox Valley flow, circus, movement arts communities with the already strong acroyogis.

So bring your juggling balls, contact staff, hoop, and a bottle of water for our weekly Sunday flow jam!

Well start with an optional led warm up at 5:00pm, then the jam begins!

It's an informal gathering of movement practitioners including acroyogis, handstands, flow artists to practice and share skills.
