• Payment can be done by cash, etransfer, cheque or credit card.​​

• Please give 24-hour notice for cancellation or reschedule your session.​

• Appointments cancelled under 24 hours notice will be charged 50% fee. ​On the day of your appointment, please do a self-screen for possible COVID-19 symptoms or exposure.

• If any exposure or symptoms are suspected, we can reschedule your session with no charge for the cancellation fee.​

• If you are late for your appointment it will end at the scheduled time.​​​
